What the ^&%& - PBC Pro-Am Semis

You know how they say you can’t predict baseball? I guess the same applies to the PBC Pro-Am.

Shale Attorney 106   South Hills Audi 98

I had to stare at this score for a while. I wasn’t sure if Shale Attorney would win a game and now they’re on their way to the championship. As Rene Castro has heated up, so has his team. He chipped another 24 tonight and now has 137 points in four games. After starting 0-5, Shale Attorney has gone 3-1 in that span including a near win against CRONS. Eric James stayed hot scoring 27 on 7 for 11 from three. He also grabbed 4 rebounds.

In defense of South Hills Audi, Nolan Cressler must of head on down to Nashville, Tennessee. The other half of their Vanderbilt connection, Sheldon Jeter, scored 30.

System One 95   PGT 90

At least some order has been restored to the world as System One squeezed out a victory. Micah Mason dropped 22 on 6 for 11 from three point land. He only went 1 for 4 from inside it. LG Gill had his quietest night of the summer scoring only 9 points on only 5 shots from the floor.

Darius Lewis had one of his better nights for PGT scoring 10 on a perfect shooting night while just missing the double double with 9 rebounds. Jeremiah Jones chipped in his usual 16. Lucky Jones and Josh Newkirk combined for 45 shots, 60 points and 4 assists in the losing effort.

So in the unlikely final, we have Shale Attorney taking on System One. Either way, we know we’ll have a couple of Dukes who go home champions.
